If anyone has any info or notes on QANTAS regarding:

• circumstances that influenced change (i.e jetstar)
• source of the change
• how the change was managed
• What processes were implemented to ensure the change occurred
• Analyse the social and ethical responsibilities that management would have to consider in managing the change
• Evaluate the effectiveness of the changes made by management

i have a bunch of notes on it, is kin of out dated, ie 2004 stuff, there are better notes around somewhere for 2008/2009, maybe try the resource section

Privatisation in 1995 was a change made by the government to sell to the private sector.... thats a dramatic change.... external change.... im stuck too. how did your case study go?

i went to dymocks the other day at the city
and they've got a booklet on the whole qantas case study

pretty pricey though ... $60 i think?

I have a 2008 Qantas Case Study book, with extensive information on all the core topics in Business, including the ones you mentioned.

Er, not sure how to get it to you though.

This book covers all the topics and Qantas relation to them Business Case Study - for HSC business studies it's fairly expensive but definitely worth it

thanks anyway guys, i didnt end up needing much notes, we were given an example of a change in a business and had to write and essay comparing such changes to QANTAS and how qantas did the right or wrong thing by this lol
