It seems to me the QLD system (instead of ATAR) is very strange. This whole OP/selection rank stuff. Is the number on the right the QLD mark and on the left the ATAR mark? For example a Bachelor of Digital Media is 14/72 does that mean I need a 72, and the QLD mark is 14?

Thanks for yer help

Yes, that would definitely make sense. Queensland's ranking system is to do with OPs, ranked from 1-25. 1 is the best, 25 is the lowest. For the majority of Queensland courses, the average entry rank is around 10-15, so yes, I would assume that 14 would be the required OP to enter that course.

There's a table on the UAC site I believe that shows how an ATAR is converted into an OP. This would be a good thing to check if you are going to receive an ATAR but want to study in Queensland.

Hope that helps! :)
