just wondering, if I shoot a bullet (or anything for that matter) into the air straight up, if there's no air pressure, would it fall back down at the same speed as it was fired when it reaches its original position? (i'm quite sure it does but it's been so long)

Do you mean no air resistance. because i think (not 100% sure) if u shoot a bullet straight up it wont come back down at the same speed coz of air resistance will limit its max velocity. But im not sure of the effects of air pressure because i have not done it in physics yet
