im doing b planning this year and i have about 21 contact hours. i told my friend this and they said this is not normal for a single degree, is this true? i also cant enrol into tutorials.

When you enrolled, there were no tutorials to pick from? If so, there are no tutorials at all.

And 21 hours is fine.

Degrees from the fac of built environment are weird as shit, how you can have a 4 hour lecture and not die is something I will never undertand.
