Question...

I want to study B nursing at the City campus, but i'm worried that my upcoming UAI won't meet the cut off for this year. So i'm wondering if you do one year at the Kuring-gai campus, are you eligible to transfer to the City campus for second year?

I wouldnt say it would be very easy, seeing as if there are no ppl who drop out then there are no spare spots so you prob wouldnt be able to transfer.

However my thinking on this is that seeing as in 3rd yr all nursing is at Kuringai (check with the uni if this will happen for you guys cause im not sure whats happening to that campus in however many yrs), transfering for the 2nd yr would be kind of pointless as you establish freinds etc in first yr and would have to change this all again in 2nd yr.
