i'm thinking of doing a combined cert II & III in retail at shellharbour tafe and the enrolment days are jan 29th and feb 1st. i'm just wondering if that means i get into the first semester. lol. i know it may be a stupid question, but i've just been thinking about it and i've confused myself so much.

I don't know if I understood your question but I hope this helps. You enrol on them dates and start soon after like the following week or so if you are accepted. So to answer your question yes you are enrolling for the first semester.
