I'm pretty sure fee statements are available now if you want to pay upfront.

Here's my fee statement. Liability status: HECS HELP Eligible. Interesting how some of my courses are band 1/2/3.. thought commerce had all band 3s.. oh thank god.

Why is there a 10% discount from $4,351.00 to $3,915.90 ? Is that if I pay all of it before the census date, then I only have to pay $3,915.90 whereas if I defer to my HECS, it will add $4,351.00 for my future-self to pay?

It's part of the HECS-HELP discount. You will only get 10% if you pay upfront before the census date. For example, if you pay full or a portion, e.g. $500, they will count it as $555.56.

Read page 8 of http://studyassist.gov.au/sites/Stu...rces/Documents/2014 CSP+HECS-HELP booklet.pdf for more information.
