Hey all,
Does eeryone really spend 45 on each section? I sometimes find that I run out of things to talk about in Section I... should I just try and persist with 45 mins or spend it on the essay instead?

Also, how do you all structure the short answers? Do you both with introductions?

Another thing, when i look here:

the exemplars don't really have introductions that introduce what they're going to talk about exactly, and our art teacher says we should have 3 body paragraphs, whereas a lot of the papers on this exemplar website have heaps of little ones? Thoughts?

For essays i just do the usual 3 paragraphs with introduction and conclusion (what my art teacher taught us). I don't think VA marking is too critical about structure though. I don't use much of a structure for short answers, maybe a short intro/conclusion for Q3 (12 marks).

For short answers, i'd still suggest using the whole 45 minutes due to it consisting half of the marks. If you run out of things to say then complete your essay and if you have time left over just add as much bs as you can to short answers.
