frankenstein and hamlet are both in different topics
frankenstein is module A and hamlet is module B

no we don't need to relate them both to belonging, as there would be another central theme for each of the texts that you would have to refer to.

The two texts are completely independent of the Belonging Area of Study. They do not need to be related to the topic of belonging. You analyse them based on a different set of criteria. As for their actual module:

Frankenstein: Module A, Comparitive Study of Texts and Content
Hamlet: Module B, Critical Study of Texts

belonging only requires you to study a prescribed text and texts of your own choosing (i.e. link those texts to belonging)

This is a full list of texts that can be studied for English (apart from related texts), and which Module they are a part of. All the modules are independent of each other, i.e. you do not need to relate any of the texts to one another either by content or theme.
