Im guessing to achieve around 95 in MX1, I'd need around 80%? and 60% in 4u is defs attainable :D

Thanks

Im still confused as to how the ranks come into play... this is what I'm most confused about:

Currently I'm ranked 2nd, say I beat my mate by 2 or 3 marks (who's first) in the actual HSC, do I still take my mark that beat him, or does he take mine? (because he's rank 1) or do I keep my mark?

You get your HSC mark which is hypothetically 2 or 3 marks better than the guy coming first.

But since your rank 2, you get his HSC mark as your assessment assuming he gets 2nd HSC mark.

Then, the two marks are averaged & combined.

Format of the exam have changed so it's impossible to be able to predict.
