Is it possible to recieve an atar of 95+ without doing any extension or sciences ?

Yes, why not? You can get 99.95 with any subject combination.

You can, it's just that it's going to much much harder to do so, and that getting 99.95 may require the student to obtain state ranks in some of their subjects in order to achieve their goal

What about with adv eng, adv maths, eco, legal and sor (II) ??

In ideal situations, it's possible, ie. the cohort does amazingly well. But I do see what you mean.

Those are fine. I tested with some low scaling subjects, and the max ATAR was 98.25 (AtarCalculator): Standard English, Industrial Technology, Community and Family Studies, Aboriginal Studies and Senior Science.
