One of my methods of acquiring quantitative responses is these questionnaires.

My opinion is that redheads aren't really that much discriminated against. It is a cliche though, that redheads are often portrayed in the media as having a "fiery" personality, so that could create assumptions that it is true. I personally have nothing against redheads and do not assume anything about them, besides them having red hair of course.

the only "portrayal" i can think of is eliza thornberry the cartoon character- ie. red headed people are geeks/nerds, but its nothing really

7. Have you ever dyed your hair a different colour? yes, Im a natural red head, im naturally strawberry blonde actually, but In the past I have changed my hair to platnium blonde to now a brow/red/mahougony shade. I wish Now that I never dyed my hair because I now want my natural colour back, but ever since I went into high school I started to dye my hair. First with blonde highlights to just a golden blonde to platnium blonde to back to a red shade.
8. Do you believe your red hair has had a negative effect on your self-esteem and/or life? Yes, I had an awful time when I was 10 onwards in school, I still remember coming home in tears from being teased etc It really gets to you in the end hence why I dyed my hair. Now I regret it but the past is the past right?
