  • Describe the reasons for resistance to change in the businesses
  • Analyse the effective management of change
Question:

"The only constant in business is change. The pace of change is accelerating with change coming from both internal and external sources. How a business responds to these changes will have some impact on the organization's future".

Write a report to critically examine the strategies used to manage change effectively in a variety of bussinesses you have studied.

You can find definitions for terms by using google. Just type in "defintion:<word>". You'll get definitions from varied sources so you can pick out the most relevant.

Structure of a Business Report

So can anybody help me out here? I need some good case studies, maybe 3? I don't want to do Oroton, sick of it. Perhaps Ansett as one because they failed so it's something to compare to?
Any ideas of how to start out or anything?

Btw, this does not go towards our HSC ;)
