Wow some ace marks here.

1 to go, i need 80 to pull my WAM above 70, or 50 to keep my WAM above 65. Looks like i'll be keeping my credit average intact...barely.

Ohmygod. 64.0 Pass for two classes.:eek:

I feel highly inferior to everyone in the forum.
Totally got to work harder next semester :(

Hey guys, friend failed a class, what do she do know? :S
helppppppppppp.
So two more of your results to come out before I win my sweet $20?

oh and your friend will have to the subject again if it's a core, but if it isn't a core for her degree or major then she can choose to do it again or just hack the loss.

but it wasn't cos ur asian! it's because if you care this much about the results, i think you cared enough to do well in the subjects.

ECOP 1001 Economics as a Social Science 60.0 Pass
HSTY 2614 Australian Social History 1919-1998 75.0 Distinction

What! I was expecting a C for ECOP, I must have totally screwed up the exam.

76 in INFO2820 when I got ~27-28/50 for the assessment part of the course
67 in COMP2129 when my mark in the assessments was ~4/30.

Stoked.

Im just wondering, are all final marks scaled in some way? Or dont we know if they have been scaled or not?

Re: Results and Predictions (Sem 1 '08)

All marks are to fit a particular bell curve set out. Whether scaling is required or not for this to happen depends on the raw marks.

In general, all science subjects are scaled, including normal streams.

Re: Results and Predictions (Sem 1 '08)

So are they gonna tell us what mark we got for our exams, or do we only get the overall mark for the unit?

Most faculties have review days if you want to see your exam and how it was marked.
