Parents could take advantage of flexible working patterns if available at their place of employment, such as part-time work, job sharing and telecommuting, and if there are two parents these flexible work patterns could be arranged to maximise time with children and availability to take them to extra-curricular activities. Another strategy is the sharing of household responsibilities. Deviating from traditional roles where the mother took care of all household responsibilities, if there are two parents both can share responsibilties. Giving children some responsibilites dependant on their age can both aid their parents manage their mutiple role expectations and help with their socialisation.

modifications to the soical environment for youth, that would facilitate their satisfaction would be to constructe more youth friendly places to meet up and find new people such as a weekly or monthly music gig or disco that people of similar taste can go to.

what are the different types of ways to become a parent?

a person can become a parent Biological either through natural ways or artificial fertilisation such as GIFT (Gamete into fallopian transfer) where the egg and sperm are fertilised outside of the body, or IVF (In-Vitro Fertilisation)
A person can also become a Social parent either through adoption or surrogacy.
I FEEL LIKE IM FORGETTING SOMETHING!!!

Anti-discrimination act of 1975
it is used on the group 'youth' as an individual can not be discriminated based on age and gender when applying for a job. Yes there is a certain age an iindividual has to be but above that age they can not regret them.
