Hey guys
would any 1 be able to help me with some ideas for my risk assessment for fermentation!! ive gone blank
and great sources like internet sites fot the method of fermentation
...youre help will be gr8ly appreciated

Ethanol is produced in fermentation, and is volatile, so you should take care not to let it near flames. You'd then have the standard lab safety precautions such as wearing goggles and handling equipment with care.
