They use chromatography and electrophoresis.

as long as you're answering the question then they can't mark you down

I made some crap up about an analytical chemist using gas-liquid chromatography. I hope it was right, because I didnt really study that dot point.

We spent a whole period on it to research one and I KNEW it was in this year's paper because it wasn't in any previous trial HSC or HSC paper.

EDIT: Worth 3 marks.

FTW! haha

in this paper they put things like "Not teaching" and "not heat lost to the environment"

is that cause thats always the answer they give in previous hsc?

I noticed that, the examiners are keeping up with us.
The Physics examiners slugged the 04ers with Michael Jordon and his basketball feats and it wasn't an easy question to answer either.

EDIT: Jordon not Jackson, LOL.

I said he was an analytical chemist working at Qenos, then i explained that he used the principle of gas chromatography, then I explained what that was. Is that right?

Tell you what,
I copied the 'principles' from the Forensic Chemistry option topic (which I don't do) of the Excel HSC Chemistry study guide because chromatography and electrophoresis were 'principles' in the book.

I talked about an environmental chemist testing for turbidity, common ions, nutrients etc. in water... I was making it up, so hopefully I'll get some marks...
