Because I absolutely hate this book due to its meditation on ignorance, I'd hate for any of you to go through this entire book searching for necessary quotes for your upcoming Extension 1 English Exam. So I have taken the liberty of compiling together a Quotebook for all of you with useful quotes from each Chapter of Northanger Abbey. It's a really painful read, but it's a very easy text to talk about in your exam if you plan to talk about context, imagination, female roles or the interplay between Neo-Classism and Romanticism. Enjoy!

Wow, that's a great effort!

BTW; If you ever get a chance to read Mansfield Park, don't. :p I found it more painful than Northanger Abbey.

Hahahaha, not one bit. It's as if she bores her audience in order to teach them a lesson about the "dangers of novels" then tries to wrap it all together in the end with one philosophical climax.

Do you do Wuthering Heights? I got quotebooks for Wuthering Heights too :)

Hahahaha! I could imagine all the funs. Fanny? Hmm... trying my best not to make judgments. IT'S HARD. D:
