Are all round 2 offers released immediately at 7:30 or are they scattered throughout the day? UAC says that I should be getting an email but I still haven’t gotten anything so far. Anyone know?

I got mine at 3:08 am so it might be scattered throughout the day or maybe you will have to accept what happened dude. What was your atar and the lowest selection rank of your preferences.
