i was just wondering, how many people out there can solve a rubik's cube?

without ripping off the stickers and sticking them back on, or taking it apart...

Apparently the world record for solving one is 12 seconds.

seriously?? wow...12 secs...

i was given one years ago, and it comes already done. so i deliberately messed it up, thinking i could just easily work backwards. except i was turning it all randomly. it's still sitting somewhere.

the best i could do was only one face with the other colour boxes on the edge in the right place [ie, a whole line of blue, white, etc, if the face was red] so ha! screw you ppl who keep trying to solve my rubik's cube who manage to get one face, but get the other colours on the edge messed up ! anyways....

One day I got so frustrated with my rubix cube that I did exactly that. However, I couldn't fool anyone into thinking that I'd actually solved it because the stickers never stuck to the cube properly again after being ripped off.

yeah there hasnt been a rubix cube in our house since i swapped the stickers around on our one and only when i was a little gal. remember those other rubix products that emerged? like the snake thing?

I used to be able to do them in under ten minutes ... until my brother cheated and took all the stickers off and put them abck on to complete the cube ...

I cant do the 3x3x3 yet my mum went and bought me the 4x4x4 --> thats just impossible.

i recon peeling stickers aint good lucking. Just go get some acrylic paint and paint the tiles = ) = )
