i seriously cannot think of any way to prevent binge drinking.

This ad might help in the slightest, but probably will be a bigger waste of money.

Apparently raising the drinking age to 21 is on the cards

This is fucking gay.

If Labor does this (even when I'm 102) I will become a paid up member of the Liberal party and decorate my house with posters of J W Howard, Ayn Rand and all the rest of these nutballs.

We voted for Ruddism and now we get this gay nanny state shit. Who honestly would have voted for the ALP if they knew they were planning this gay shit in stealth? If you said "yes" you are a dickhead.

News link is here: http://www.news.com.au/story/0,23599,23425144-2,00.html Click it if your gay as the thread title summed up the news story.

TL;DR: Hail Hitler. If they do this get out there and PROTEST for once in your life. I'll get the firebombs loaded with Vodka and we'll go to town on these old useless Christian faggots.

TL;DR2: Binge drinking is a bigger threat to our society than ANYTHING EVER BEFORE. EVEN COMMUNISM.

Maybe yes to the graphic warnings but no to the raising drinking age. Look what happened to America!

I think my brief flirtation with the left-wing is now over and I'm back to a far right-wing racist.

Power to the people, baby.

Unions are fucking useless and shithouse and Howard should have done more to smash the shit out of them because I'm sick of hearing them fucking complaing and asking for a wage rise for their undereducated moronic members.

The result will be a vast, unprecedented rise in underage drinking the likes of which the world has never seen before

Which will give the moralfags more to panic about

Haha. I'm all for it.
We didnt force the Kevolution on you, you embraced it willingly. And now your little throat is being cut...Or something to that Goebblean effect.
Booze is totally unnecessary and overwhelmingly corruptive for any teenager in this country.
Blame the culture of weak-ass parenting.

Re: Apparently raising the drinking age to 21 is on the cards

oh wow, what the hell?

sorry, but I will fight to the death for my right to get crunk legally every friday night if I want to. well, maybe not to the death. I wouldn't be able to drink then.

fuck I'm starting to regret voting for this dude now. first the whole "omg lets raise the school leaving age to make ourselves look good and never mind that it's detrimental to certain children" and now "omg BINGE DRINKING, let's raise teh drinking age"

once you start thinking this way...fuck, just ban alcohol altogether. And kids should never be allowed to leave school ever. That'll make it easier for the government to keep tabs on every fucking thing they do

I want to kill some communists now who's with me

EDIT: ok I'm not so angry now that I've said that. But for serious, this is stupid.

Re: Apparently raising the drinking age to 21 is on the cards

It won't happen.

If you're old enough to vote, drive, get married, serve on a jury, join the army... you're old enough to drink.

It used to be 21, and it didn't stop teenagers from binge drinking then. Can't imagine how that would change.
