redfern really isn't as dangerous as people seem to think, you just need your common sense switch on is all

Redfern is pretty soft imo. Bourke, Walgett, Dubbo, Moree, Narrandera lol all have much higher rates of crime and even higher rates of abos (i know its crazy).

you hear a lot of hearsay about being attacked in Redfern, but what you don't hear as much is people NOT getting attacked (then again who would take interest in that).

Anyway if you want there's an afternoon and evening bus shuttle from Fisher to Redfern. Or if you want to walk to Central it takes 20 minutes. But if you think you're necessarily safe in the city because you're not in Redfern is a silly idea.

worst thing that has happened to me was when one person intentially ran into me- naturally being a spartan super soilder it did not effect my velocity - on my 1st day lol - 2nd day no incidents - yea it seems ok especaially in the morning around 8:00
