samsung galaxy s2 lag (1 Viewer)

I found quite a lot of lag in galaxy s2.. especially this standby lag ... it drives me crazy:

Im aware that this lag is caused by the booting up the cpu from idle 200mhz to 1.2ghz to save battery life during phone idle.. but its very annoying.. anyone else have this problem? how to solve?
