omg. i was really NOT prepared for the two extended response questions. I was one of the last people to finish the exams. 
but hey, i can't complain. band 6s for both

History was the first surprise, 92!!! Expected low 80's. Must have just given marks for anything. MC, I thought, was hard and the other 30 marks weren't a bludge either. Hmmm, must have boosted my mark up at lot!
But the biggest surprise was geography, coming out of the exam not too confident and just hoping for a band 5 and I achieved my highest score - 98. I think my extended response must have helped alot as I had remember parts of the syllabus word for word, and the MC - very simple.
