Nah that's about right. Have a look at the raw mark database and that's approximately the b6 cutoff.

Also physics has a high b6 cutoff than chemistry, as chem aligns/scales better.

It changes quite a lot for Physics and Chem. For an easy exam, it would probably be around 80 for both, but it's generally between 70 and 75.

No, these are based on actual raw marks. 85 raw would be pushed up to about 95.
