OK, I was playing Metal Gear Solid 2: Substance and when I was bloody slaughtering shitloads of Tengu soldiers, I got a fake game over message saying 'Fission Mailed', where is the 'Continue' and 'Exit' option?

EDIT: It's not my screenshot but this situation has been widely reported by MGS2 gamers everywhere. I used a HF.Blade not a SOCOM pistol and the cheapass who played it did so on Very Easy difficulty, 10 rations allowed compared to me with only 5 allowed on Normal.

Playing Metal Gear Solid 2 where a Commandant is giving a briefing about Metal Gear RAY to dozens of Marines, in their underpants?

Can Snake take on dozens of M4 equipped Marines with just pistols?
I decided to deliberately give away my position.

After restarting, I placed a Marine in a hold up and did not hesitate get out my M9 pistol which ironically is the standard pistol of the U.S. military and the U.S. Marine Corps and shoot him in the fucking ass











but the pistol is modified to fire tranquiliser rounds so:
