For the evolution question it specifically wanted you to address dna replication. For this reason i think you had to mention mutations. After that you had to mention how this relates to evolution ie describe how the new characteristics that arise out of mutations can be favoured and so eventually a change can be seen.

Transcription and translation is only for polypeptide synthesis and i dont really think you need to mention it in the answer.

Also i was wondering if people had like 4 cm grids left over for the graphing question

How did everyone draw the white blood cell on the scaled diagram? It occurred to me in there that i didnt know what it looked like :/
