I think E.R is very unlikely. It has already come out 3 times in the past 4 years.

2006 - Mark/Finance
2005 - BusChange/ER
2004 - Global/Finance

2006 and 2009 both finance and marketing
2010, 2007, 2004 all global + something else
2005 and 2008 both change and er.

every 3 years its the same thing... thus my prediction
