For the conflicting interests one, didn't you have to mention negotiation, medation etc?

I mentioned communication systems which included team briefings and worker participation. I went on to also talk about negotiation. :drink:

I don't have the paper with me, but if my memory isnt effed wasn't that section on Management and Change? (Under reconciling conflicts of interest in the syllabus) They have one question each for each topic. So if you talked about ER specifics.... I dunno =[

Reconciling conflicts of interest is under Topic 1: Business Management and Change. It consists of two conflicting parties, compatible and imcompatible. That was the only part in the syllabus about reconcilling conflicts of interest, so I guess you could have made something up about that.

I said rewards and flexible contract. :S

...uh i thought it was name 2 skills of management for reconciling conflict?
my mind isnt too good but if it was that question, my teacher and i both agree its the skills of management which i put down as
active listening and complex problem solving skills

if im talking about a totally different question, then im sorry ignore me

The 2 skills of management question was the roster question where the store had to cut its hours during the economic downturn, outline the skills a manager needs or something like that.

The disadvantages and advantages of the casual contract I misread and wrote to the employee but thank god I had some strange sign which made me go back, cross the whole thing out and start over behind the page!! Overall I thought it was an good exam although I was expected financial ratios but we got questions on things we overlook when studying... I guess each year the bos are finding ways to be "innovative" lol so much for memorizing the whole syllabus

I'm glad but a bit pissed that they didn't ask on financial ratios, I suck at it but I did studied a lot for it.

for the renciling conflicts of interest i did the "identify the need for change, set acheivable goals, create a culture of change and reinforce using change agents" and adapted it to the situation
