wait a moment they said financial right?

the Absenteesim percentage is financial right? wow...

cause the 2009 to 2010 profitability there was nothing wrong with it

so I did how to decrease absenteeism there is nothing wrong with that right?!!?!?

GG lol....you had to talk about the high accounts receivable... absenteeism was under the impact of employment relation

The question was one financial thing in the data. The sales were the same, so you could have spoken about what they could do to improve their sales in the future, as well as liquidity stuff.

I wrote about
A) False Claims and alcohol branding on childrens jerseys
B) Factoring and leasing
C) I totally forgot the dotpoints so I said about better communication leading to more satisfied employes thus reducing absenteeism and and turnover

I kept tossing up whether to write about discounts for early payment or leasing. It seems like i made the wrong choice since everyone here talked about discounts for early payments

When it asked for communication systems...I talked about improving absenteeism as a measure of effectiveness under the implementation of communication systems. Financial aspect I did accounts receivable with discounts for early payments and cash sales.

Legal/ethical :
legal issue: common law(deceptive and misleading advertising)
ethical issue:green marketing and ecological sustaniblity.


Employment relation:
Impact:they may take industrial actons due to the high level of absenteesim and staff turnover.
Communication system: should be about 'grievance procedures', 'team briefing' and 'worker participation'. and then i wrote something about they feel sense of belonging(FK) or they feel part of the business, and they can involve in decision-making process, in order to improve their morale and productivity. thus reduce conflict or something like that.

Financial issue:
Issue:High accounts receviables.
Issue: low profitiblity due to the business gain same profit in two years.

Financial strategies:
1.factoring involves selling the accounts receviables at a discount price to factoring business.( for issue 1)
2.for issue 2, could include anything about how business increase its profits such as leasing.



these are what i did in this question.

yeah. That's what I talked about. The sales figures were the same for both years, so I said to improve sales they should implement marketing strategies, as well as set sales objectives.

One ethical - Sugging, Legal - Misleading advertising
One Financial issue(high amount of accounts receivable/low account receivable turnover ratio)--> two strategies were Discount and factoring
Communication system to improve E.R -Grievance procedures (neg, med, conc, arb), team briefings, worker participation.

I have the question right here:

"recommend TWO strategies that could be used to address ONE financial issue shown in the data."

It didn't ask for MARKETING or FINANCIAL strategies. It just asked for STRATEGIES.

does this sound right guys

marketing : need creation + misleading/deceptive advertising (ethical and legal)
financial : liquidity problems as seen through high acc recievable and overdraft - recommend factoring and control of overdraft
er : team briefings/worker participation/grievance procedures - boost employee morale +job satisfaction which will decrease staff turnover and absenteeism
