I did 7 pages and was a bit confused regarding the question "explain global factors... to use outsourcing as an operation strategy". Did that mean any global factors or just those of operations? In the end I decided to do any so I chose the best ones with would impact the most --> Global souring, eco of scale, exchange rates, methods of payment, hedging
