well basically in short terms you are most likely to get in unless u fuck it up somehow, just be natural and try to make your answers unique compared to what others might say and u pretty much got it in the bag.

nope i remember seeing someone on BOS not end up getting into normo cuz they didn't do well on the interview

Getting an interview is the 2nd stage in the process, with the first stage being the actual exam itself. The interview allows the principal/deputy to understand you better. If they like your behaviour and responses, then you will probably be accepted. So just prepare for the interview by looking at common questions they ask and coming up with answers for them. Try and relax during the interview and enjoy it, because all it lasts is like 5 mins. Just don't have a nervous breakdown lol, it's only an interview
