i was asking you for personal opinions, not inside information.

furthermore, it becomes increasingly difficult to separate opinions and insider information. a lot of knowledge becomes intrinsic: for example, I don't talk about Pantene's future launch opinions because although I may think that they're my opinions, it's likely they're affected by what I've heard in the office.

Frieda isn't a terrible product. It's an above average product, at a price too high given its quality. By pricing it very highly, people may convince themselves that it's better than it actually is when they buy it.

To me, satisfaction and great service matters more than 'prestigious marketing'

That's why I like Pantene. I know what I am getting, the price is great and once I bought a bottle that was half empty and I called them up prepared to yell at them. But they were great and refunded immediately. They were too nice actually.
