Gahhhhhhh I hate this stupid ethics committee crap. Why the do they need fourteen copies ? :burn:

We have to fill out this gigantic 26 page form to carry out research upon human beings. Apparently people get rejected by the ethics committee for the smallest problems with their applications all the time - like insigificant typos, unchecked boxes, a slight lack of clarity in answers. Getting rejected will set my research back by ~1 month

so i started studying for management this weekend only to find out just now (after reading the UoS outline) that i have been reading the wrong readings. so all the notes that i took, all the study i did this weekend was a complete waste of time. fml.

also how does one study effectively? i was just reading and taking notes. is that how every1 else studies?
Do exercises, do next week's tutes, etc.

Make sure you understand the content and you're able to put it in your own words.

mmm, tutor just said to analyse our selected newspaper article article through the neoclassical/keynesian perspectives with references to books, not specific people :S the HD example given to us didn't use people (directly) either. just book chapters

I did mention Smith for the classical though.

Hmmm...you should also refer to Keynes/Marx so you can demonstrate how completely ridiculous any form of state intervention is.

mine is finished
its half socialist dribble
and half disjointed ramblings about stimulus packages and their effect upon economy

lol true. i've done it now anyway, just referenced people discussing what Keynes/other prominant neoclassicalists said about intervention.
You really should reference those people withoutaface said if you want to get top marks.
