oh fucking hell i thought human bio was going to be scaled so i didnt bother going to lectures or opening the textbook or putting in any effort with it. apparently not.

BIOL 1003 Human Biology 71.0 Credit

fucking hell hated that stupid subject

WAM for this semester so far (rounded of course lol) = 75
ughh
dude. 71 without having even gone over lectures/opening the textbook? was it all just general knowledge to you? in any case... that's a decent result. good stuff!

No philosophy or HPSC results back yet.

Grr HPSC... the first 2 essays were marked within 4 days. The last essay (and final assignment), still haven't got marks back after 3-4 weeks. Siiigh. Maybe they dont' want us to know our raw marks 'cos then we'd know the exact scalage? =/

Law results are out (mine anyway). I got 3 Distinctions, so pretty happy. Would have liked an HD for one subject, but I'm happy I managed to get a D for legal profession- it was such a terrible exam.

My dad cares. He threatened to send me to live and work on my uncle's farm in china if I don't maintain a D average. Not sure how I am going to break the news to him.

fucking hell you've got to be shitting me. The chem department sent me a pdf outlining how I went in the exam, and i added it up with my marks for other components and it actually adds to 75.07 ie. a distinction. YET MY FINAL REPORTED MARK WAS 73%. WTF... if this is scaling in action, i think I am going to cry.

Coz they made it too easy. Only a certain amount of people can get HDs, Ds, and Cs.
ummm do they do this with all subjects or just the faculty of science
