The purpose isn't spam as persay - more like just general talk relating to USyd stuff, and thus, general conversation about stuff in general isn't advised of course

I wouldn't ban someone from just talking in here - although you have gotten well accquainted so I would If you and dora get along I would suggest that you swap MSN perhaps?

I'm not! i love it..omg how i love it, im utterly obsessed with cadavers. I just find it all so interesting, and you get this really overwhelming feeling walking into those anatomy labs..the smell of disinfectant, and the cadavers, and its so cold..and yes its great

i just can't wait until we do a head....

Careful, formaldehyde fumes are an irritant and potential carcinogen.

Cadavers...dissections...mmm...

is that what they're embalmed and preserved in? i was told it was phenol and phamaldehide...either way! its not really a nice smell....but i dont know whats so off-putting either..just some flesh in some fluids! The skin feels weird though, its really tough, and its so surreal knowing that that limb was once moving and assisting someone in things...

SCARY? yeah a few people got a bit shaken up. it was mad though, reminded me of my trip to USA last year. it looked so cool, when going to central on the bus, the park on near the uni, man, it loked awesome...all white! it was bloody awesome. haven't had hail in yonks, it's about time..

Yeah, I got on the train at Central but seeing the hail on the Redfern platforms I wanted to take a photo but forgot I had the camera in my bag. The chick sitting on the same seat as me took a photo with her phone camera though.

Did anyone else see those two guys bodyboarding, in full wetsuits, on the hail-covered lawns in front of the Quad? I thought that was hilarious.

The bodyboarding was happening outside the physics 3rd year labs as well, rockin!

I missed the hail too.

It was getting grey when I was waiting for my train yesterday, and when I got off 40 minutes later the ground was wet. Heh.

Missed it but my friend took a picture of it. I was at home already when it started storming, and I think it was just really heavy rain (transient, however--passed after about 10-15 minutes though it was overcast for at least an hour before that)
