i was there... i'm pretty sure you're right and she was just angry about how they spelled Camelot (but why? dumb thing to get that shitty about).
I felt embarassed for her though, especially when that dude called out from the front row 'PISS OFF HOME AND TAKE YOUR MEDICATION'. She looked pretty crazy though.

Yeah, same. I kinda had my head buried in my elbows at one point, because I kinda felt sorry for her, and because I was kinda sitting in front of her and whatever. It was a bit callous to say "take your medication", or whatever, but everyone in the lecture theatre kinda went "awwww, come on" when he said it, so meeeh.

So it's not the socialists that you all hate, it's anyone that confronts you at uni asking you for any form of interest in any social group.

Cosmic Doris (and anyone else), were you at the 12pm lecture for English today? Do you have any idea what happened? So far as I can tell, the crazy cat lady must have confronted the lecturer about misspelling Camelot and started swearing at him, and he kicked her out...or tried to. Do you have any other idea what's going on?

Also: met Townie. BoS members who I've met: four!

hahahaha that nutjob was the highlight of my day. i don't really know what went on though, i walked in about halfway through their spat. the girl i sat next to said she was in the same tute with the weirdo and that she acted like a freak outside of lectures too...

maybe she has mental problems. but funny, funny mental problems at that.

yeah i'm going to do Piaget because i don't particularly like him and wish to refute his ideas, Freud because his psycho-sexual theory interests me even though it doesn't look very credible, and Erikson, who i don't know anything about yet. who are you doing? (lol spot the innuendo. i'm so mature)

one of them came up to me today when i was walking out of fisher. i said i didnt have any time and didnt make eye contact D:

Our problem was that we were sitting on the front lawns and quite clearly had at least an hour on our hands. I managed to snicker into my salad most of the time, and he didn't seem to notice the funny looks my friend and i were giving each other.

But yeah, BOO people.

Is theatresports still on tomorrow? Or is the final the end... im pretty sure they kept having funtimes after the final last year.

You apply through UAC like everyone else but they take your uni into account as well as HSC.

Elections are fucking cunted. I spent the last two days from 5.30am-12am doing UTS Union stuff (and so didn't get any sleep last night because I had an assignment to do as well) and gotta be in at 8 tomorrow to do lecture bashes for ours :S

question, yo.

for the education people doing that ICE thing this sem. i was away sick when we went through how to do the test. i have the sheet with the steps on it however i don't actually know where the 'test files' that we need to start are located. where are they? can you find them on webct or something? or are they somewhere on those lab computers and if so how do i get to them. the dude didnt explain it and i was in a rush so i didnt think to ask him. but its occurred to me that i really should practice the test coz i don't want to fail (not that it looks hard, but you know).

Something random - I'm wanting to transfer, how do I go about it? Stas? Anyone?

I have a near-80 average and a UAI somewhat above 90, what are the chances of a transfer?

I'm actually not sure what I want to do. I'm looking at a few things, mostly in the Eco & Bus faculty, leaning towards Economics or maybe Economics and Social Sciences. (though I'll definitely need to do a bridging course in maths!)

Help, anyone?

Read the stickied thread in Transfers by Frigid. You can't use WAM, only GPA which you'd need to calculated.

But a WAM of ~80 is like a UAI of 98 so they take the average of the two.

On another note, the upcoming federal election is going to kill my marks this semester.
