It's been like two weeks since I went clubbing

It's currently way too hot to do anything and I have so much work I need to catch up on for uni. Soul is weeping for the loss of fun and inebriation!

anyone doing much fun on their "week off" ?

I have about ten tutorials to complete, one 10 page report, three lab reports, and two quizzes the week back.

^Those lab reports were confusing. They didn't tell us what was expected in the report at all. I just assumed we wrote them in the same format as the core subject reports, but eh.

She passed out. Guy took advantage. Ex boyfriend entered before anything started, punched the guy and then a large fight ensued. Not cool.

On the plus side, my essay is finished!

Oh, they're not for CHEM2403. I finished the ferritin one today. It was the one where you just had to fill out the answers.

They're for other ChemEng subjects on distillation and modelling.

Oh well they get a bit worse then.

Doing organic chem in the inorganic laboratories was the stupidest admin decision ever, as well.

Oh my yes, yes he did. The guy's dad came out and watched them from afar (after they had stopped fighting) to make sure they didn't go for each other again.

and all the while i was trying to sleep to do said essay the next day! :mad1:

Oh I'm glad for your friend Nebuchanezzar that nothing happened to her, she's lucky to have an ex like that though. Then again, I can't think of any decent human being who would wish that on another person.

It's been a tough semester this one...three straight weeks of exams and reports and whatever not and the classes and just the academic timetable alone is killing me...I'm very disappointed that I have not been able to get involved at all this semester. I was so looking forward to seeing fellow vollies at CDG and Verge again I'm not sure what it is, but I'm pretty disappointed with my marks this semester, maybe because I need to know I have to pass everything. And I haven't been doing too badly this sem either, so I'm not sure what's up with me. I think it's the stress. Words cannot express how RELIEVED I am this break has come....and the studying starts tomorrow...

You guuuuuuys!!!
Just read an email from my unit coordinator saying they didn't get my essay that i handed in on time. emailed back saying i did hand it in and that if they could check again.

what are the chances that they'll find my essay? and if they can't find it, will they still penalise me? even if i handed it in on time?

sooo annoyed right now i went to all that trouble to finish the essay early and now they don't have it. i hate the history department. totally changing my major now.

Did you put it in the right box? Ask them to search all the boxes or something?

Yeah I told them which box I placed it in.
I think it's the right one, since this other girl handing it in asked me if it was the right box.

Ok. This ecop essay needs to be done today. 340/2000 words so far.

Then tomorrow I will have to start my history essay 0/3000 words, which also happens to be worth 60% and is due next tuesday (same day as the ecop)
