haha this thread is so evil
i spent an hour working out my timetable (exam study procrastination) when i read it the other day

anyway, one of my teachers likes to have her lessons on the monday, and it seems that one of my lecturers has put the only stream on the friday. no long weekend :(

what's better: a saturday-sunday-monday long weekend
or a
friday-saturday-sunday long weekend.
or a
midweek break
i'm almost tempted to create a poll.

i reckon sat sun mon, stas, cos that way you wont miss out on any public holiday classes & lectures etc. that was kinda annoying this semester. and it just seems better

actually even though i was complaining about it, i reckon if you could only get one day break it's good to have it mid week
last year i had monday and fridays off, and i just did no work
this semester i have wednesdays off, and it's a bit more productive

(i work weekends though so i'm always shielded with a false sense of 'i've already done something today')

hmm... do you think i should? someone suggested that i should, but the thought of being with a bunch of second years kinda makes me feel weird
ill be doing it. it makes sense.
there was a crapload of 2nd years in mktg 1001. In my group everyone was 2nd year.
The workload according to Paul H. is the same. Plus i think itll be good to have more paul because were used to him doing his thang.

haha why, my friend's doing 1st, 2nd and 3rd year subjects this semester, and i'm doing two 1st year subjects. it always end up being the same people and you'll recognise faces anyway

actually it's weird, i'd go into a lecture and know all these random stuff like which school this person went to, who they went out with...etc even though i've never spoken to them in my life.

Yeah mine is. At first, I was still enrolled in PHYS1902, so my timetable wasnt up (because I had too many clashes). But I changed to PHYS1500, so there aren't any clashes. I had 8 hours straight on Wednesday though, but I changed it.

You can just change it on the net. When you go to customise timetable, pick 2 times that you don't want (8am on whatever days), and they should change it to the 11am one.

timetable = with physics.
timetable2 = without.

I guess I'll be dropping physics for the time being. :)
