The thing that worries me is that Obama is not an American citizen such that he is eligible to be President. No offence to the man. But it is against the constitution.
Also Obama himself voted for the bills that keep these laws in place (citizenship). So he is not following the bills he voted to pass!. Also, this whole change dogma is quite concerning. If he doesn't walk on water by next week we'll all be gutted!

The Constitution clearly declares: Naturalized citizens are ineligible to hold the office of President. Though Barack Obama was sent back to Hawaii at age 10, any other information does not matter because his mother is the one who must fulfill the requirement to be a U.S. Citzen for 10 years prior to his birth on August 4, 1961, with 5 of those years being after age 16.


Further, Obama may have had to have remained in the USA for some time frame to protect any citizenship he might have had, rather than living in Indonesia. This is very clear cut and a glaring violation of U.S. Election law. I think the Governor Schwarzenegger of California should be very interested in discovering if Obama is allowed to be elected President without being a natural-born U.S. Citizen, since this would set a precedent. I can understand + sympathize with you on 'who gives a stuff' . But do you believe that the law should be followed. This sets up a very dangerous system in which politicians don't have to follow constitutional law. I have nothing against Obama, but I am concerned that a non eligible man was elected as president against U.S law and constitution. Furthermore media did not report on this any where near as much as they should have (suspicious much?).

The fact that he is 'Obama' does not mean a thing. Look at his cabinet for god sakes. He will be another puppet for the real elite behind the curtains.

On a lighter note, I think he is a brilliant speaker. But words don't equal actions.

hawaii is an american state, and she lived long enough in american states to qualify as an american citizen, thus making obama legally an american citizen by birth.

That is correct. It is from a website. Regardless of it's 'nature' those facts are true.
And the fact that it was thrown out of court does not mean that the law was NOT broken. But if you like the fact that crime is okay, you'll love it.

If Obama can prove U.S. citizenship, we still have the issue of muti-citizenship with responsibilities owed to and allegance to other countries.
