OMG!! hsc is sooo close; 2 WEEKS!!!

I would really appreciate any advice about nerves. I get rather angy, and shaky. I find that my heart rate increases and I cant breath as well as normal. This is especially annoying coz in my monologue, I run all around the stage!!!

Can any one help? PLZ!!:bomb:

That's ridiculously fortuitous.

For the whole angry thing, just use it. Unless you have crappy lungs or something, don't worry about breathing.

think about it like this...............sure your performing for the HSC.....BUT its just for some regular teachers much the same as your own........performance nerves give you extra energy.......even though you have already dione your performance now that is my advice for future students;)
