I'm so happy!
Before HSC my school estimate was mid 90's
Yesterday on ATAR calculators I got 98.4

TODAY, I GOT 98.35! I never though I'd ever get such a high ATAR!

Needed a 91 to get into engineering at UNSW. Got a 90.75. So close and so annoying. Any way I can still get in with that?!
You can get bonus points depending on how you went in your subs

So I was quite happy with my ATAR, but everyone on here did so good, so I'm a bit disheartened hahah!
I got 93.00 exactly ... Yay!

higher than 2/3 calculators, but an extra .1 would have been nice lol

Still, smashed my original 95 goal!

Dont pay to much attention to BoS, this is by no means an accurate representation of the student population. It is more concentrated towards very high achieving students.

For all you 2013 HSCers, the calculators are close as shit, they give you a really close estimate.

Oh also, by passing the minimum atar (and if you have a lot of bonus points) that does not guarantee a place in your course right?

It depends on the uni with some it is treated like normal atar points i think UTS and Unsw (some courses only), i think for uysd it is based on the faculty quota so i can only speak of pharmacy, they take "x" amount every year under the Broadway scheme (bonus points), once that quota is filled with the people on bonus then its basically just raw atar
I hope that clears some stuff up
