I can live with my result. I'm likely still able to get into my desired course since I'm within this year's cut-off.
I got ~70 and eligible for up to 5 bonus points at my preferred Uni. But I'm still worried. Fingers crossed.

As far as I'm concerned you are at least ATAR 99.55 material; why should English so unduly affect your ATAR?
