should i still do 4U? (1 Viewer)

im in year 11 and i just failed my first extension1 paper (24/55) should i forget about doing 4U or do you think it is still possible to do 4U?? this was task 1 of 3

I think its too early to tell, i wouldnt put 4unit maths totally out of the question tho. See how you go in all your other 3unit tests.. plus you can always try 4unit and if it turns out not to be your think you can always drop back down

yeah i only did a few past papers 2 nights before the exam and i really don't do my class HW. in year 10 i sailed through thinking that it would be the same. but i got raped! so now in doing 2hours a night of Ext1 maths and an other hours doing other subject HW and revising.

Lol, I saw the test you guys did - was definitely harder than ours last year. Lots of people FUCKED up last year in that one and are now going really well. Don't let it discourage you.

umm its too hard to tell now. I used to do extention but i dropped it cause I had too may subjects. It depends if you like it or not. But dont rule out 4 unit just yet see how you go.

hey world, i just did an ext1. task today and im pretty confident, i finished the paper with 5 mins to spare!!!!!

there were only 2 questions ( sub questions) that i wasn't sure with but they are only worth 4 marks. so my best mark i can get so far is 47/51 hurray for me!!. ill post my result when i get it.

i got my results. not as good as i wanted but nevertheless good. the average was 30/51 (59%) and i ended up getting 37/51 (72.5%). so what do people think now.?? that was task 2/3

I was thinking of doing 4 unit, but i got 57% for my 3 unit half yearly and my teacher also said i should not do it..so no i ma not gonna do 4 unit in year 12..
