So the course I'm looking at doing next year I just found out had no professional accreditation. Does tthis mean I should start looking at alternative optionsvbecause it is unlikely I'll get much of a job out of this?

Or is this because I'm doing a B politics and international relations/B of communications in media and public affairs? I'm just trying to determine whether it's pointless to do this course

Won't you get a job because you major in certain areas? I'm not entirely sure

I'm no expert but if there is no professional accreditation then obviously finding a long term job will be difficult, i suggest you find more common degrees within your field of interest(s)

Ummm how did you not realize that most arts/humanities degrees have 0 professional accreditation?

If you're going to uni to get a job out of it, you're better off going to tafe.

If you want a professional degree, go into something accounting engo med nursing or law.

That's because those degrees do not lead directly to a specific profession. For example, B Engineering will lead directly to being an engineer. LLB will lead directly to being a lawyer. But your combined degree has no specific pathway hence it cannot inherently have professional accreditation.
