Our jails are becoming more and more overcrowded every year. The prisoners in them are generally are a detriment to society. Even if they are released, they quite simply commit crimes again. Not only are these criminals damaging to society, they are also a burden to the taxpayer's money. Isn't it time we did something about this? I suggest we ship these people off overseas so that they can mellow in their own mess.
