I am sleeping a hours on saturdays and sundays :) But weekdays? I am only sleeping 4 hours a day :(

definitely 1, 2, 5 and 7. Getting a lot of headaches too.
That's a shame. Good to see your immunity is going strong though, that's personally something that's improved dramatically as I've changed my sleep schedule. I use to get sick all the time.

I only sleep 3 to 5 hours everyday...:sleep:

Sometimes I ate too late, I know that making a habit of late-night eating can cause digestion issues that keep me up at night. :frown2:

I sleep 8-10 hours every night :) Roughly 10/10:30-6:30/7 through the week, and 10/10:30-7:30/8 on weekends

I feel really drained by the end of the week if I have less than 8 and a half hours every night.

Get about 8-9 hrs (probs less) of sleep, 10:30/11 - 6:30/7 during Monday-Saturday.
Sleep in on Sundays.
