I don't know if there's another thread on this, just skimmed quickly (sorry!).

So yeah, whose sleeping pattern is majorly fucked like mine? 5am sleep, 3pm wake up :(

Best way to fix it before Friday (if not Friday then by next Monday)? DRUGS?

3am sleep 3pm wakeup, not fuckign good.

i guess sleep at 2am tonight, 1am tomorrow and on thursday do some light exercise so you can sleep early.

I have been forcing myself to wake up at 7.30am so that I can get back in a pattern. Then I am tired at a normal hour instead of not till 3am.

I've been sleeping at like 11-12pm and waking at 9am. Gotta get into the habit of waking earlier and going to bed earlier lol.

Why are you all going to bed so late?
I made sure during STUVAC I was at least in bed before 12, so i would wake up
about 9 - 10, so i didnt get fucked up sleeping patterns haha.
Usually on school holidays bed time 2-3am wakey wakey 1pm.

'study' all day -> you want to relax in the wee hours of morning.

hahhahaah i know exactly what you're talking about. my plan is to just not go to sleep tonight and that way i'll be really tired by tomorrow night, and go to sleep at normal time. or maybe i'll just go with the drugs.

if that doesn't work.. i don't know what will...

I didn't go to bed before midnight over the whole holiday break. I've spent the last few days trying to slowly get back into normal sleep patterns. Yesterday I woke up at 9. Today was 10. Thursday going to have to be around 7:30 in time for the business studies exam.

Fix it? what are you talking about? I dont understand why everyone isnt doing an all-nighter on thursday night.

- Go to bed at 5:00am Thursday morning
- Wake up at 8:00pm on Thursday evening
- Do 3 or 4 timed practice papers
- Go to exam nice and ready/warmed up at 9:00am

easy!

ur crazy. you'll want to have ur sleep, and be refreshed.

i wouldn't want to be doing an exam after spending the hours before doing practice exams, cos it will just seem like another practice exam, only it isn't and u might screw it up!

wow u people be screwed ur going to have to use an alarm.

orr i suggest push ur body to stay awake till about 10 go to bed set alarm to about 7:30 am

Haha.. my sleeping pattern is fucked mainly because the only time I can talk to my gf is after we've both finished our work.. which is usually 1-2am.. and conversation seems to flow endlessly (or until her phone runs out of battery)...

I was gonna try go to bed at 11pm tonight but it's not gonna happen.. must do more section 1 aos!

Wow, I could never do an all-nighter.
I would be sleeping at 9:30pm and getting up at 5:30am for my exams usually. I guess it works for me. Each to their own?

having a good night rest and feeling refreshed is important...im planning to finish up early 2moz around 6pm and have the rest few hours chillin and than sleep early like 9-10
