Yeah, not particularly ready, and I'm needing a band 6 for this subject as well and its a bitch that physics only finishes and hour before it.......

I am so lucky I have a good teacher. :)

I have been ready for this exam since before trials..

*high five*

For reasons displayed above, this course scales like crap :)

You guys actually make me kind of feel better. Lol. I might just read a few notes tomorrow and then pretty much wing everything. I have college in my sights, so I don't really care about this exam anymore. Lol.

And PS...The Aligned mark isn't that bad. I reckon at least 65 will get you a Band 4.

In 2003, a raw mark of 40/100 aligned to a 70 (Band 4).

Going to start study now. :(

so what does that mean
so if u got 40 / 100 in the sdd hsc exam, ul get it upped to the exam mark of 70!?!
so if i got like 80something
then itd go to like 90something?
if so thats beast
some super nerds got near 100 in the 2007 paper
so what would that make?

Obviously depending on the quotient and number of people that the marks range in all have a factor on where aligning is.

If 2003 was like that, then there would've been a large number of people in the 30 - 50 mark range, which does seem absurd. If everyone averaged around 75 (which is usually unlikely) then there would only be a minor alignment of like 5 or so marks. The lower your mark, the higher the alignment though.

Anyone wanna see what happens if they get 1 / 100? Lol.

There's a thread about aligned marks which have some stats from Software.

Such as a raw mark of 40-50 scales up to about 70.........something like that.
Check it out........this subject sort of scales good then.
