Just interested in what other extra-curriculum activities the rest of BOS does, for me at the moment it's just:

Duke of Ed
Peer Support Leader
Camp Committee

Right now, I'm doing dancing, piano, speech&drama and stjohn ambulance. With 14units, you'd think I'd learn some time management but noo. I should drop something, but I don't want to, so I guess I'll just die this year xP

Hi Everyone,

Can I just make a couple of suggestions when it comes to extra-curricula activities.

1. Don't give up sporting or utdoor extra-curricula activities as you approach the HSC. You need that physical outlet to get out your frustations and clear your mind so you can settle down to study. If you have a passion for it, then you will fit your study in and around youur activities.

2. Check to see if some of your extra-curricula are worth bonus ATAR points. I believe both the Silver & Gold Duke of Ed and Queens Scout Awards are both worth bonus ATAR at UNSW but I would check for other Unis.

Take care

I'm taking extra art lessons outside of school and attempting to learn the basics of piano. I don't hold well with sport. I used to call my P.E. teacher Mrs. Hitler and refered to organised sport as synchronised cattle herding.

I'm so happy that PE is no longer compulsory for me :)

I don't play for any teams or anything.

I just socialise with my friends. As much as possible.

D & Ms ftw lol.
